Biofeldformer from Rayonex
Rayonex uses the name Biofeldformer for compact devices with fixed frequency values or RAH programs of Paul Schmidt bioresonance built in. Unlike a bioresonance device, you normally do not set them. You wear them, carry them or place them in a room. The range includes portable models such as the Mini-Rayonex and Rayo-Guard, the Car-Rayex for the car and the stationary Duplex units made of stainless steel.
Other companies use the word too. The Biogate-Home FM Biofeldformer from biogeta, for example, is sold from 990 euros and advertised against electrosmog and so called earth rays.

On 11 October 2026 the Rayonex shop listed the Mini-Rayonex at 104.01 euros, the Rayo-Guard at 166.01 euros, the Duplex IV at 764 euros and the Duplex IV professional at 1,628 euros, all including 19% German VAT. The Duplex IV professional can be programmed with a Rayocomp PS 1000 polar 4.0.
What is known about the effect
Rayonex itself states that conventional medicine has so far neither accepted nor recognised the effect of bioenergetic vibrations. A PubMed search on 11 October 2026 for Rayonex and Biofeldformer found no study. ResoField is software, not a device: it emits no signal and does not replace a Biofeldformer.
