Getting started

Clients and witness

Why a broadcast needs a name and a date of birth, what the test client is for and how you manage clients.

  1. A broadcast always goes to the witness of a client. The witness is the name and the date of birth together. Without a date of birth, Broadcast is switched off and the bar at the bottom says what is missing.

  2. Tap the client button at the top right to choose a client. At the top of the menu you search by name. Under each name you see the date of birth and when the client was last treated.

  3. To add a client, press New at the bottom of the menu. Fill in the name and the date of birth, as dd/mm/yyyy, and press Save.

  4. Manage opens the Clients window. There you choose a client with Choose. The pencil changes the name or the date of birth, and the bin deletes the client.

  5. Deleted by mistake? A deleted client stays under Recently deleted for three days. Restore brings the client back. After those three days the client is gone.

  6. You recognise the test client by the test label. Practise with it as much as you like. It cannot be part of a group plan.
