The gear at the top opens Account at Display. All parts of your account are on the left. Display, Data and Connections are the settings.

Under Display you choose Language, Time zone and Clock, with 24 hours or 12 hours. A choice is saved at once and applies wherever a day or time is shown. If you choose no time zone, the app follows this device.
-
Running plans keep the time zone they were made in. While plans are running, Time zone shows which clock they are on. A new plan gets the zone set here at that moment.
-
Under Data you export one client per file with Export per client. Only what belongs to that client goes along: the record, the notes, the favourites and the protocols.
-
Under Data from the old app you choose the export file of the old ResoField. You first see what is in it and what is already there. Only Load in sends it to your account. A large file goes in parts; keep the window open until all parts are in. If it stops halfway, what has already arrived stays. Starting again is fine, because what is already there is skipped.

Connections holds the AI key and the model for the AI screen. More about this in Build a list and consultation with AI.
